What is Holistic Health?

A

Holistic is related to, or concerned with, the whole or the complete system, rather than with the analysis of, or treatment of, parts.  Holistic therapies or Holistic medicine attempt to treat both the mind and the body.

Are Holistic therapy options available through Health with Heart?

A

Yes. In fact, there are several holistic options available. Our staff member, Julie Ahlquist, is a practicing Reiki Therapist. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation. Founder, Linda Marshall, is also a Reiki Therapist and a Certified Medicinal Aromatherapist. She is presently working on her Certification in Clinical Aromatherapy. Linda enjoys educating the community on the benefits of using pure therapeutic grade essential oils.  Please let us know if you would like more information about holistic options.
